When Writing a technical post I often need to post code snippets. For readability I want the code to have syntax highlighting and indentation,Since I’ve started blogging I’ve tried several Live Writer plugins but never found one that didn’t mess the html or caused unexpected CSS to appear in the post.
Right now I’m using CopyToHtml Visual studio add-in for most of my posts.
Today I read about another Live Writer plugin (Thanks Roy) that should finally solve my code pasting issues:
Code Formatter (from Steve Dunn).
It can even create a bmp image of the code – very handy if you don’t what to mess with HTML/CSS
I can’t wait to give it a try…
